Mount Up (Unisex & Youth)

Are you tired? Tired of being locked down or tired of the same day to day routine. Maybe you are exhausted and feel weak. The past two years has taken it's toll and even the youth feel worn out! So what is the answer? The world has many answers. It says you need to take care of yourself. The world teaches you to find purpose in the latest cause, and that will invigorate your life. But we have the answer is in God's perfect and sufficient word. When we are tired, we are called to wait on the Lord!

"Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31

How can you wait on the Lord? Here are a few suggestions. Think about God and His son Jesus. Listen to songs that magnify the greatness of our Savior. Put down the phone, ditch the political news, and praise God for his Sovereign plan.  Pray for God's wisdom in your life. Finally, get in the WORD!  Charles Spurgeon said, "A Bible that's falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn't".
