God is Love

Where is the love? The world is full of hate. Politicians exemplify hate and social media is a playing field of hate. As believers in Christ, redeemed and new, we should stand out because of our love. Be different by being loving! Matthew Henry writes, "He is the fountain, author, parent, and commander of love; it is the sum of his law and gospel: And every one that loveth (whose spirit is framed to judicious holy love) is born of God."

"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.  Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love." 1 John 4:7-8
